Larry South Memorial

A tribute to a beloved friend & father,
Army Corps employee Larry South.
His example will light the idea of
community service in the minds
of others.
Enhanced parking, camping and
river access will ensure safety
comfort for volunteers and
recreationists.

Roosevelt volunteers proudly display new steps to the beach!

Legacy

What we leave for our children and
their children: a place to learn about
courageous people and the wonder
of nature...
A place to enjoy outdoor family
activities on the shoreline of the
unique and beautiful Columbia River.
